| "The Block" is relatively new to downtown Las Vegas. It is the area directly west of the Lady Luck Hotel and one block north of Freemont Street (3rd & Ogden). This area has been re-developed by several private companies and includes new restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Currently, the famous New York City bar Hogs & Heffers, fine dining restaurant Three George Cafe and Celebrity nightclub are open for business. Several other businesses are planning to open in the coming years. |
