The founders, Nick and Alex, programmed the site with that in mind.  They were tired of seeing other job sites listing information for jobs that were already filled or that had passed.  Other sites keep job postings on their web pages in order to make them look "full" of auditions...

Our website automatically deletes an audition notice at midnight on the day of the auditions.  So, if there is an audition for dancers on May 8, the audition will delete at 12:01am on May 9th!  You will never see an audition that is out of date.
