| You credit card was declined. I'm sorry to hear that. There are several reasons why your credit card would be declined. (1) You've reached your limit on the card and the bank will not allow you to charge any more. SOLUTION: Pay off the credit card. (2) You didn't type in the correct name/address/city/state or zipcode into the sign-up form. It the information you typed in does not match what your credit card bank has on file, you will be declined. On our end, we will see that you have been declined and a not saying "ADDRESS VERIFICATION MISMATCH." SOLUTION: Call you credit card bank and ask what address, etc. they have on file. Then try again. (3) General decline. There may be other situations that your bank has on your card that don't allow you to charge with us. If you are declined, your first step should be to call the credit card bank and ask them WHY?. Our system is not told why you are declined and any time there is a decline, it comes from your bank. |
