No.  Most shows in town are not topless.  And those that have a late night topless show, offer two types of female dance positions, topless and covered.  Jubilee! is a large production show at Bally's Hotel.  There are two lines of girl dancers.  You can audition for a topless role or a covered role. The choice is up to you.

When auditioning for a show, the audition listing is expected to notify you that the role is for topless dancers.  If you feel uncomfortable with being topless in front of an audience, do not take the job.  There are plenty of covered dance parts in Las Vegas.
