Female dancers have a wide range for specific shows.  You can be 5'4" tall for some shows and up to 5'10" tall for other shows.  The audition listings will usually specify height for dancers so that you know in advance if you fit the part.

Male dancers are also across the board in terms of height.  Most standard Vegas shows like tall men to compliment the female dancers.  Men in production shows are often asked to be 6'0" and taller.  But that doesn't hold true for all shows and again, the audition listing will specify height!
